HOW TO GET STARTED

CONDITIONS OF ACCEPTANCE

Students are excepted at English for International Communicate Institute (EICI) under the following conditions:

  • Age of acceptance is between 13 and 18 years old.
  • You may not begin classes until the balance of the fee for the period indicated on your "letter of acceptance" is paid in full.
  • You must attend all classes as scheduled by the Institute.
  • You must respect the rules and regulations of the Institute.
Students are solely responsible for securing proper travel documents and visa authorization for entry into Canada.
  • EICI assumes no responsibility or liability in this matter and reserves the right to refuse admissions to any student who does not have proper authorization. Students are responsible for arranging their own health insurance prior to leaving their country.
  • EICI reserves the right to suspend or expel without compensation any student who fails to meet the above conditions of acceptance.

REFUND POLICY

  • An administration fee of $100.00 (US) is non-refundable if the cancellation for enrolling in EICI is made before June 1 of the current year.
  • There will be no refunds of registration fees for any other cancellations made after June 1 of the current year.
  • A letter of acceptance is not a guarantee that you will be admitted into Canada.
If Immigration Canada refuses to issue your visa:
  • You must submit to us the Canadian Embassy's original letter of refusal.
  • You must return the original letter of acceptance to the Institute.
